My Weight Loss Journey Vlog Day 7

Hey y'all, welcome to my channel it is day seven and As you have seen I went for a walk this morning I made it a mile and a half and then I had to rush home because I ran out of time and I did my CrossFit workout this morning that was My three rep max for front squats and that was 85 pounds.

So I'm excited about that.

It's good to know where I'm starting I didn't really get to film today cuz I was really busy and a lot of my videos will probably end up being pretty quick videos because We're moving in like 30 days.

So I'm trying to get through all of our stuff and throw things away and So tomorrow I have an appointment with the GI doctor so hopefully I'll get to the bottom of what I can and can't eat and what's making me sick and I have a few new subscribers, so I wanted to say hi If you're new here, my name is tabby I am on a weight loss journey.

I have lost 13 15 pounds so far depending on the day.

I Am 8 months postpartum and I have celiac So that's one of the main reasons that I am doing the 30 days of vlogging is that I keep having celiac reactions to foods besides gluten and I get really sick and when I get really sick, then I don't work out so I'm hoping that I can get some accountability with all of you by Updating you on my status.

So my lower intestines are still swollen and my feet swell up every time I sit down But I think I'm starting to feel better.

I was able to get a lot done today Which is not how it was a few days ago.

I was able to work out and go for a walk and that was Amazing.

I feel like I can I'm starting to push back to where I was before when I was getting stuff done I am certainly a lot less disappointed with myself So I hope you guys are doing well.

And I will update you on how the doctor's appointment goes tomorrow and Hopefully I can get a walk-in in the morning and get my exercising done and do everything that I need to do.

Oh I am starting a playlist that is a motivational playlist and it's not gonna be my videos but it will be motivational videos that if any of you are interested you could watch when you just really don't feel like going to the gym or eating healthy or doing all the things that Nobody wants to do when they're on a weight-loss journey I think there's a like two videos in there so far, but as I find more I will definitely be putting more in there So if you like this video, please give it a thumbs up if You are new to my channel, please subscribe And please leave a comment below.
