WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT | Healthy + Easy Recipes

today I will show you what I eat in a day on my weight loss/health journey I'll show you breakfast lunch and dinnerso if you're ready to make some magic with me you can grab yourself a cup ofcoffee sit back and simply enjoy the video.

for breakfast today I'm makingpumpernickel bread with the black beans spread this pumpernickel bread is one ofmy favorites I got it from aldis and as a European I really appreciate we havesome good German chains in the US I'm taking one slice and adding my blackbean spread I made ahead it's simply drained and rinsed black beans with somesalt and pepper and I spread it all over the toast I'mgonna top it with some tomato slices then I sliced about quarter of abeautifully ripe avocado and adding it on top of it I've decided to use sproutlentils to top it it with I sprout lentils at home it's an easy way to addsome more nutrition on to your sandwich plus it's really delicious I seasoned itwith a little pink salt and ground black pepper and I am finishing it off bytopping it with some fresh spring mix lettuce you can eat it like that make two slicesor if you need your sandwich on go then just take another slice and cut it inhalf and it will be ready to take to work or school you can put it in anycontainer you have I am eating home so I just placed it on the plate and Iliterally can't wait to take a bite yo guys trust me it's super yummy.

I'vedecided to make my rainbow salad for lunch so I mixed up romaine lettuce andKale together and taking two handfuls and placing it onto my plate I'm addingone medium shredded carrot i shredded it with my potato peeler but you can buy itfresh shredded at store and then adding quarter of an avocadoI just loved good ripe avocados you guys edit some roasted chickpea i season thechickpea with salt pepper and smoked paprika and baked it in the oven forabout 35 minutes until it turned golden and crispy then I edit some sliced redonion and now you guys can see why I call this meal a rainbow salad so manycolors so many flavors then I sliced one boiled egg for some more healthy fats andprotein which will keep me going all afternoon and now it's time to make thedressing I'm taking a bowl and adding about 1 tablespoon of extra virgin oliveoil adding some pink Himalayan salt black pepperand squeezing some fresh lemon juice then just gave it a good mix and pour itover my rainbow salad and here it is guys super colorful salad packed withhealthy fats and lots of vitamins I'm planning on having late dinner so I'vedecided to have some afternoon snack I'm having half of an apple and half of anbanana topped with natural no sugar added peanut butter this has been myfavorite snack lately especially when I had a sweet tooth for dinner I'm makingvegan spring rolls using this brown rice wraps I'm starting with mashing half ofan avocado and adding it into about half a cup of chickpea I've seasoned it witha little bit of pink Himalayan salt ground black pepper and of course asqueeze of lemon juice then I edit quarter cup of chopped redonion and I prepared some chopped pickles and shredded carrots as wellthen I took one rice wrap and placed it into lukewarm water for about fiveseconds and then I starting adding all the fillings this is one of my favouritefillings but you can use any type of your favourite fillings like vegetablesfruit rice potatoes or even meat or fish if you want me to make a video to giveyou an idea on different types of fillings just leave me a comment downbelow and I'll be happy to film that for you guys after you have all your fillings in it'stime to wrap it up I'm starting at the bottom and folding it in over and thenfolding one side gently tacking all the fillings in and rolling it over and thenjust closing it up and there it is it's really not that hard to wrap it up now Iwill repeat the process until I use all the prepared fillings today it madetotal of three rolls which is absolutely enough for me with a little bit ofpractice you gotta be a master of rolling spring rolls you'll see I'veserved it on a bed of Kale today squeeze some fresh lemon on top and dipped it inthe soy sauce you can also use coconut aminos if you are trying to avoid soyproducts but it's up to you thank you guys so much for watching I hope youenjoyed it if you did please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channelI'll be back next week with another episode what I eat in the day on myweight loss health journey so make sure you hit that bell button so you getnotified when I upload it and until then bye.
