FAST HEALTHY MEAL PREP | For a Busy Lifestyle and Weight Loss

Oh my god I look naked hahaha I have clothes on! Hey guys its bailey and today Im going to give you my best tips to stay motivated to workout and stay healthy I get asked a lot about quick and easy ways to meal prep i think its super important that we do set ourselves up for success and by using these quick easy tips we can stay on track all week long and reach our goals i dont prep every meal but i do a lot of things on a sunday so i can be more grab and go through the week so the first thing is I want you to sit down and look at your week see how many meals you will be at home for schedule in work meetings, date night and times you're eating out so for example I need to make breakfast every day, three dinners and four lunches those are the meals you really want to focus on your nutrition and make sure youre getting a really healthy and balanced meal thats going to be super helpful for reaching your goals and nourishing your body the next thing is that you want to look at those meals and find some yummy healthy recipes make a grocery list of everything you need and get to the grocery store and buy everything you will need make sure that these are foods you actually like and want to eat, otherwise it doesn't matter if you have a boring salad in the fridge you're not going to eat it so find yummy healthy recipes on Pinterest or Ihave linked my favourite food bloggers below the first thing I do is chop and roast vegetables with olive oil and cayenne and turmuric or coconut oil great for snacks or salads then i always wash and chop veggies that i want to snack on with some hummus or guacamole like carrots, cucumbers and tomato that way you always have healthy snacks on hand i like to wash my veggies that I can throw into pastas and stir fry with water and apple cider vinegar and store them in the fridge that way I can put together a quick dinner when i get home in under 15 minutes Then lets get to breakfast I usually have a smoothie it takes five minutes if you have more time you could make a breakfast burrito or some little egg frittattas Then I make salad toppers and trail mix so good to add some crunch to salads or have a healthy snack on the go lastly I make protein balls protein, mashed banana, chia seeds chocolate chips and nut butter such good snacks that taste like a treat my boyfriend and I fight over them so Ineed to make a lot of them I hope these help you as much as they help me I find its great because it only takes a couple hours and then I always have things on hand for a healthy breakfast can grab snacks and a lunch and run out the door and then easily throw together a dinner when i get home and have leftovers the next day all it takes is a couple hours on a sunday and you know what i actually look forward to it now its just part of my routine so try these tips and if you have any good tips comment them below thanks so much for watching and if you like this video please subscribe for more tips just like this every single week see you soon!.
